CHALLENGE-BASED LEARNING IN REAL CONTEXT
Challenge-Based Education.
We design and support challenge-based education initiatives that connect learning with real organisational, societal, and innovation challenges.
Our work focuses on creating meaningful learning experiences where participants develop knowledge and capabilities by working on real problems rather than abstract cases.
WORKING WITH ACADEMIA AND PRACTICE
Education connected to real challenge.
We work with higher education institutions, educators, partners and clients to design and deliver challenge-based learning formats that engage students with real-world complexity.
This often involves collaboration with organisations, public actors, and ecosystems, allowing learners to work on authentic challenges while developing critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation capabilities.
HOW WE SUPPORT LEARNING PROGRAMMES
Design, facilitation, and capability building.
Depending on the context, our work may include designing challenge-based curricula, facilitating learning processes, supporting educators, and working directly with participants through workshops, coaching, and reflective learning formats.
We combine educational design with practical experience in innovation, sustainable business design, and organisational change.
INNOVATION IN EDUCATION
Experimenting with new learning formats.
We are actively involved in innovation in education, exploring how learning can better support individuals and organisations in dealing with uncertainty, change, and complex challenges.
This includes experimenting with new formats, digital and hybrid learning environments, and reflective practices that support real learning and behavioural change.
WORKING THROUGH ERASMUS+
Partnerships and ERASMUS+ European projects.
We work in partnership with academia and other organisations on European education initiatives, including Erasmus+ projects, to design and deliver challenge-based education across different contexts and countries.
Our work supports both programme development and implementation, grounded in practical experience and research-informed approaches.
